CC + Mike has an immediate opening for an Interior Designer/Project Manager. A qualified candidate will work daily alongside the company cofounder and Lead Designer, Carissa Miller both in the office and at project locations. You have exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. You are an excellent communicator, are self-possessed, confident and looking to contribute to a fast-growing company. You have exceptional organization skills, possess great listening skills and you always ask the right question(s). You like the idea of working both in the office and in the field. You must be extremely accurate in measurements and details and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for creating, managing and implementing every detail of client projects. This will include sourcing, communicating with vendors and clients, creating design boards, budgets, invoicing and coordination of the final installation of the project. You have always had a curious demeanor and expect to excel in your career over the next decade. As such you look to grow alongside your next employer. Top candidates possess these skills, interests and qualities:
Skills
- 3+ Years of professional interior design experience
- Strong AudoCad/ Revit skills
- Strong Adobe Photoshop skills
- A rich knowledge of trade sources
- Extreme attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and experience working with clients
- Confidence in communicating your ideas clearly
- Self motivated hard worker
- Processing and systemization of Purchase Orders, Invoicing, Receiving, etc
- Exceptionally organized
- Quickbooks experience a plus
- Construction and design product knowledge
Interests
- Split working environment between office and project locations
- Organization, accounting, process and systemization of business operations
- Long-term career with a fast-growing company
- Love of spatial planning
