1. Brown Sausage meat then put in the bottom of a stoneware casserole dish
2. Saute veggies in the leftover sausage drippings in the pan
3. Add veggies on top of the sausage in the pan
4. Add rice on top of that
5. Add liquids
6. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, uncover, stir, add more liquids if necessary then cook for 45 more minutes uncovered
