Thanksgiving 2012 {BIG CEDAR STYLE}

Sharing is caring!

We decided to get out of town this year with Michael’s family and head to Big Cedar Lodge for Thanksgiving.  It was an absolute blast!!  We spent the night before Thanksgiving at Silver Dollar City and the kids had such a great time with their cousins.  This picture is probably my all-time fave and I’m thinking I need to get a big one printed STAT.  Look at those happy babies and all of those smiles.Silver Dollar City was all lit up for Christmas and it was gorgeous!  Here’s one of the Miller family and it just wouldn’t be a family portrait without a Coco photo bomb.   Shocker.Here is one before I rode the Wildfire with Easton.  What can I say?  I still like to ride the rides just as much as the kids do.  The next morning we got up and went to Dogwood Canyon National Park and it was gorgeous! We went on a 2 hour tram ride to see the whole park and we were a fan favorite with the other tram riders….Can’t you tell?!?!  Please excuse the 50 millions pictures that I took of the kids on the tram ride.  As you can see, there were a lot of photo ops going on during the tram ride.  I’m sure our fellow riders were not at all annoyed that I had my massive camera out and was taking pictures of the kids the entire time rather than telling them to sit down and be quiet….. Seriously?!?  Stop being so handsome Easton.  And stop looking so grown up.  I can’t handle it!!!Aunt GiGi with Mill – Mills (as my kids call him) and little momma.Cool Cat.Checking out the trout in one of the streams.I’m obsessed with him.  Orneriness and all.This picture is a close second to the picture that I posted at the beginning at Silver Dollar City.  And I would like to say that it is pretty much a miracle that no one fell in the water while taking this picture…. Again…MIRACLE that Cohen didn’t go for a swim during this little tour of Dogwood Canyon National Park.TROUBLE.  It’s totally normal for a 3 year old to stand on the outside of the railing during the tram ride, right?!?Why not just let them all stand up on the ride??!?  You only live once people!
His reaction to seeing the ANIMALS!!!
Love this one.  Uncle Scott – Coco FACE OFF!More pretty pictures of the park.Finally back in bed snuggling up for a movie night.  Such a fun trip and can’t wait for many more trips and memories in the future!!!
