I’m just gonna leave this chicken artichoke dip recipe right here and you can thank me later. I mean, you know that anything that has a 1/2 pound of Havarti cheese in it is just going to be darn delicious, and trust me, this dip does not disappoint.
My sister-in-law gave this quick and easy recipe to me back in 2009 and it has been a go-to for me ever since – great for making when you are going to a party or having one at your house. It is without a doubt the best chicken artichoke dip recipe I’ve ever tried. If you make it, let me know what you think. Also, I usually double this quick and easy recipe for big parties and put it in a 9 x 13. It makes A LOT and serves quite a few people if you double it. Enjoy!!!
- 1 14 oz can artichokes
- 1 small can white chicken (or 1 cup chopped rotisserie chicken is what I use)
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 package zesty Italian dressing mix
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1/2 pound Havarti cheese, grated Save (1/2 to put on top)
- 1/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Combine ingredients. Top with reserved cheese and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with Wheat Thins.
